Kathalaya welcomes Volunteers for any of the following activities. You will be trained according to the nature of the work volunteered for.

Our requirements are as follows:

Area Min. period of commitment
  Storytelling (Rural schools) 6 Months to 1 year
  Storytelling (Urban Schools) 6 Months to 1 year
  Story clubs Coordinators 6 Months to 1 year
  Children's weekend workshops 6 Months to 1 year
  Monitoring, documentation and evaluation of the rural projects 6 Months to 1 year
  Proposal writing 6 Months to 1 year
  Material building 6 Months to 1 year
  Creation of aids used for storytelling 6 Months to 1 year
  Data entry 6 Months to 1 year
  Translation(English- Kannada; Kannada- English;English -Tamil) 6 Months to 1 year
  Management of Publications 6 Months to 1 year
  Public relations & marketing 6 Months to 1 year
  Fund raising 6 Months to 1 year
